The short ball had heard we had signed a half from the Knights SG Ball team he probably just assumed it was Loza as he is a kiwi rather than Linnane. It’s sad for Ryder Williams because he got passed at the Titans by Zane Harrison who made his qcup debut this year. Cleary has to do better with closing these games we should be 7-1. Is he taking over, or joining as assistant coach (as noted here)? Given the short Harold Matts and SG Ball seasons, those coaches tend to spend the rest of the year as assistants in Flegg/Cup - both for extra hands and from a learning/development perspective.
It definitely sounded like he's taking over as head coach for the Flegg side.
