Webby is such a great coach. Look at the discipline, passion and camaraderie this team has. Look at our depth due to the wider off field staff and the owner's investment. The big tests are ahead, but the way this team plays football makes me proud.

The Roosters and Knights both listening to the coach moaning poor us over the ref during games is such a contrast.

I'll leave others to deservedly praise individuals, but I just wanted to say that Taine seems like an amazing young personality. I thought his post match interview last week was the most engaging I've heard, and the thought to pass to Hanson there was special (if very risky).

Our pack is the real deal.

The way they control that middle third should scare all other teams. The way they can rotate Barney, Fish, Erin Clarke and Vaimauga......and then u have the iron man Ford who allows them to do that means that control in the middle of the park is relentless.

Tannah Jonathon Thurston Boyd......playing the perfect chess game off the back of that domination......so nice watching someone flourish how he is right before our eyes.....his pinpoint kicking game is something that takes teams deep into a competition......Boyd 7. Metcalf 6. and CHT 14, a no brainer for me.

Tauapiki's elusiveness was causing the Knights headaches all night. Niukore made a strong return with his direct runs shortening up the defensive line. Barnett straight in to his tough robust style after such a long lay off was incredible. And thought Laban was strong defensively.

This is so obviously a well drilled and well coached team. U dont win competitions in march so its a week by week proposition and we cant get too ahead of ourselves but i wouldnt swap any other coach for Andrew Webster.....our performances so far has his fingerprints all over them.

Facts first, because clearly some of these “experts” need help. Knights have beaten a wooden spoon-level side in Rounds 1 & 2. That’s it.

We’ve taken down a premiership favourite and last year’s minor premiers — and didn’t just scrape it, we handled them.

    Different levels.

Trust the culture. Trust the discipline. Trust the fitness. Trust the team-first mentality Webster’s built — that’s why this side is humming right now.

Then you’ve got Sean the Sportsbet “trader” tipping Knights 13+ 😂 One of his big brain takes? Boyd and Hanson are a new halves combo. New? Are you taking the piss?

They’ve played 13 games together in NSW Cup. Won all 13. Won the comp. Won the national championship. But yeah… “new combo” 🙄

This is exactly what’s wrong with these planted analysts — either they don’t know shit about fuck, or they’re feeding mug punters a narrative to follow.

Watch the games. Watch the pathways. Know your footy. I don’t gamble, but I can smell absolute garbage analysis from a mile away — and that’s exactly what that is.

    Wahs by plenty ❤️💙💚

It’s funny how the Aussie media are saying that we should struggle as it’s our first away game of the season. We’ve played better over in Aussie than at home in recent years and always have a strong contingent of fans in attendance that are always louder than the home fans 😂
I'm heading over for this one from Christchurch, we'll be loud, can't wait 😝

Im far from an expert on this stuff but this feels to me like RTS has been offered a one year contract at a reduced rate. Hes come back and said he wants a two year contract, the Warriors haven't budged so his manager has spread this rumor to put a bit of pressure on the Warriors.

sick of hearing the Aussie media constantly shifting the goalposts on us. First they doubted we could beat premiership contenders in the Roosters and Raiders. Now they are saying that we can't win away from home: despite the fact we had a winning record away from home last year. Need to comprehensively roll the Knights here to shut that talking pt up.
one of the best things about when we win our maiden premiership will be the discomfort some of the Aussie media will have with it

The comparisons between Verhoeven and Greg Inglis are based of what they achieved at 18. Verhoeven won the Mal Mennining Cup and was the best player in the comp. Made Aussie schoolboys & is starting at 18 in Qcup. Tia’s been the best player in each team he’s played for to this point. With the Roosters he made the SG Ball final which included Toia and Strange. Won the Flegg comp with the Bulldogs where he was the best player in the comp & was named in the team of the year in cup. Neal won player of the final in the HM. Dominated Ball and Flegg. The hype around these players is what there done to this point of there career there is no exaggeration to this point

Would’ve gone with a convoluted RTS to FB Khan to wing Taine to 6 thing, but it’s probably good to show faith in the next man up - even if it is Luke Hansen
this is stronger than what weve named but also more disruptive. i think chemistry and momentum more important, plus tannah and hansen have played together a fair bit.

Get the feeling barnett makes the bench on game day, just not sure who for.

This is the first time imo. No offence to the likes of Ben Henry, Elijah Taylor, Ikahihifo, Lisone but they weren't that talented to begin with.

We have some early dynasty building blocks coming through.

Bishop Neal just ran for 220m on the weekend as a 17 year old in an U21 competition.
    Fai, matulino, packer…
Regardless, I do rate our juniors- Leka and bishop are rare talents but people tend to get carried away with potential. Verhoeven is the next Greg Inglis? Inglis was playing for Australia at his age… Ive been watching league 40 years and only seen one Greg Inglis in my time.
Tia is the ninth immortal according to this forum.
Both great prospects but people need to cool their jets a bit.
Not long ago mariner was the next steve renoff and now people don’t want him 🤷‍♂️
I like how we’re bleeding them in slowly- they’re still learning and need cool heads around them.
