Muddogz pipped both of us today for Petero. I probably would have countered you with $1.4 final offer but he came in at $1.6 and that was the end of the discussion as far as i was concerned.

Surely with my commitment to the cause(and Hodges agency of course) I have shown by supplying video content that others can’t be bothered with or just blantantly disrespect your authority by denying your requests. I think some sort of service reward/bonus would be more than appreciated

The three toughest things I have done
- I had a volatile girlfriend when I was about 20. She got a bit out of control on the gas. We all sensibly planned an evening out at a nightclub and planned to get home on public transport. So at 1am we were loaded, but not planning to drive as mentioned, and we got to the bus. And it was the last bus of the night. My Girlfriend proceeds to tell off the bus driver for something that wasn’t his fault. And then she sat at the back of the bus. I saw him steaming outside. Then he comes on to the bus and starts marching down the bus to take a strip out of her. I happened to be sitting a few rows up so I stepped physically in front of him and interceded. I asked where he was going He said he was planning to tell her off and I calmly told him that wouldn’t be happening tonight and to tell me his concern and I would pass it on to her. He then apologised to me and her and backed down and drove the bus and drove us home. So this story is how I physically intervened.
- When I was 14 I opened the batting for my High School 2nd XI in men’s grade. Back when I first started no one wore helmets. So I stood there at 5 foot 2 as a short 14 year old facing a 35 year opening bowler on a concrete artificial pitch with him using a ball called a Compo. Now Warriors55 will know what that is, but the rest of you may not. It is a cheap ball not made of leather but of cork wrapped in hard layer of plastic and in bounces like crazy. This guy thought he was the West Indies attack and his strategy was to bowl 5 bouncers per over at my young 14 year old head and then the 6th ball was a yorker. I faced him for 45 minutes hit one boundary and saw him off I think. I made a hard earned 11 I think and had been fearless against him.
- I guess my third one was running a 10K fun run but reasonably quickly. We all did it as work colleagues and I got around in 56 minutes which was quick for me. The pros do it in 33 or 34 minutes. They had a band playing at each kilometer mark and it was fun looking forward to what band would be next. I learned you have to push up to the front before the race starts as plenty of slow runners get in your way other wise and you are just bobbing and weaving for the first Km otherwise.

In my opinion I would upgrade the two you mentioned above if you are able.
But in saying that, it is not a bad pack and if you need funds for other areas you could leave it. I see you need two wingers so maybe see who you can pick up there first and what it will cost you before upgrading the pack.
