Wrighty,

As my paid consultant (I thoroughly recommend his services everyone), I would like your feedback on my pack. Wiki opens so many options. Where would you play him and how would you configure the forwards?

I’m thinking I can round out my squad with either another Prop or back rower but would be interested in how you would position Wiki?

8 - P. Harrogan
9 - M. Betham
10 - R. Wiki
11 - S. Thaiday
12 - B. Thorn
13 - P. Gallen

14- C. Murray
15 - M. Taupau
16 - R Campbell-Gillard
17 - B Anasta

Wrighty's Consultancy advice second memo (I keep track of my advice like a good consultant)
1) I think Wiki has to play prop it it his iconic position. He will move the needle there and you get votes. If he plays anywhere else it just raises eyebrows.
2) Should you get another second rower or a prop? Like the commercial for Tortillas vs Tacos - Why not have both".

Get on google for 1980s tests between Australia and NZ, maybe one of the Anzac day tests and you will find some blue chip forwards who havn't come up yet. There is a certain blue chip NZ second rower and a certain blue chip Australian prop - call an open auction and chase both of them.

I also think if you pick one of those great 1980s tests (just one game rather than a series) there will be something in that match for all the contestants so everyone will be able to enjoy bidding tomorrow if today was a bit sparse for some.

That is my very particular advice.

Oh and RCG should be jettisoned to your 18-22 even if it means showing a blank spot on your bench right now. He is a vote loser.

As to the final configuration of your bench and forward pack lets discuss more in a day so in case you do succeed in getting one or two more strong players. Hope that advice helps?

***Rule Clarification***

This is really a rule repeat and not a clarificaion

It impacts the second round that starts tomorrow:
  • Each Round Master must host one silent and one open auction across their two turns.
So you must choose the opposite type of auction to what you chose the first time.

Is there no other alternatives?
What if I mail my finger…?
I have just viewed your team list and you are in the same strategic dilemma i just realised as you only have two spots left. Tough decision making day.

tyrael tyrael I am sorry I am rejecting that bid as the player has not played tests. That does not count as a valid bid for the day.
