This is the discussion thread for the prediction market:

Who will be the Warriors top halfback in 2027?

Will Tanah maintain his top dog position to even still be here?

Will Luke regain his throne and see out his contract?

Will they both leave and open the door for someone else?

You thesis would result in Metcalf currently being the top halfback of the 2026 Warriors. despite being 0-2 on the year.

1. Not a thesis. It's a hypothesis. I've seen the term thrown around a lot, and it's not the correct usage. Please stop.

2. This is an anomaly and you know it.

Regardless, if you have a better way of defining 'top dog', I'm all ears.

1. Was it a scientific question to be tested? Or was it a written word submitted to support your argument. Its hyperbole regardless so no.

2. Do you have the data to support the anomaly claim? Because I don’t agree.

Probably the half who takes the most reps in first grade x performance of said half.

Two things it wasn't, was an academic document for a degree or the central point on an essay. So, yes.

Honestly, I started making a list to prove my point - but then I realized that I don't care that much about this. Happy to send the list through, but I get the feeling that we're just going to argue more about definitions and I can't be bothered. :ROFLMAO:

I was just interested in some clarity around the prediction terms.
