NRL Wests Tigers

Not saying that Moses is evil but, I relinquished my warriors season tickets when Moses contracted coach (SK) almost destroyed the Warriors and has continued his same techniques with many other clubs.
No disrespect to Kearney in terms of the effort he put into the club, and likewise Blake Green as well while he was here, but the way the release from Manly was managed was very poor and I think there were threats to pull Cove managed players collectively at the Warriors if demands weren't met at some point during their tenures weren't there?

For me this is a learning curve for Benji, and the club, and one which he will emerge stronger from and a better coach as a result. This is Webby's bread and butter, where he's established strong foundations that can absorb and handle both the players and the support they need to grow.

The Wests players reactions, while loyal and admirable to a point do show that they are passionate, but also on the fragile beginnings of growth and establishing a culture, and to me this speaks more to a desperation that they want to allow that to continue to grow. Not a bad thing except for the clumsy execution of it, but that might be the challenge for them here - to do that in a way that resolves disunity and backs everyone, regardless of their circumstance.

The agent seems like a real piece of sht though.

Galvin named to play this week.

Tigers forum's where the popcorn is, harsh words were spoken last week about what they'd do if he ever played in the jersey again, now they have to quickly delete them all
I can imagine. Look at some of the clubs when they get questionable calls against them. Then read some of the weird comments on their forums. We blame the refs and some players aren't favourites but some of the other teams are on another level.

I know emotions are high. He is entitled to move on, they (Galvin's and his team) could have handled it better. But threatening players is over the top.

Will he play? That is still to be seen.
They may have talked it through with him and the senior players. Or it could be to ease the bullying allegations and anything legal.

I also wouldn't put it past Moses to carry on the bullying allegations and Galvin say he didn't feel safe. That would turn more people against Galvin.

Just been thinking about this saga a bit today. Why did the tigers release a statement about Galvin not signing? As much as Moses is agitating the situation, I can't help but feel the tigers aren't squeaky clean here either

If they didn't release a statement about it they could have carried on until they got questions about his status past November 1st.

My assumptions on why they released a statement would be:

A: They felt slighted with the don't even bother presenting an offer along with the complaints they were listing about the coach. Maybe they reacted too much on emotion.

B: This is the Tigers and also rugby league. It would have leaked eventually. They probably thought they'd be on the better side of the media fallout and would get ahead of it.

They may have got the better of the media fallout but that did flip at times and they may still get outplayed by Moses.

Apologies… leaked story been shutdown by West Tigers

Who leaked the story? This is the best season of Tales From Tiger Town yet, the intrigue, the twists and turns, the underworld mafia looking blokes, it's getting like Tigers Underbelly
