Not sure there is really enough posters in the W thread last week for us to need four separate ones like the Mens FG

Coach Ron, Laish A-J, and Paki up against their former team for the first time.. Up the Wahine!

That or Wetere at 6, Maliepo at 7, and keep the hooker rotation the same, for me

We definitely lack size in prop, wonder if any of the emergency players are good enough/big enough

Definitely could have used Mya Hill-Moana this year

Ivana Lauiti'iti is a monster (Absolute shocker I know lol), 182cm and 105kg. As far as I can see, that would tie her with Kezie Apps as the tallest player in the league, and second heaviest behind Amber Hall (109kg) on the Roosters.

I hope Ron knows he can change a winning team i.e. Billy Slater

Move curtain to forwards or just drop her. We definitely lack size in prop, wonder if any of the emergency players are good enough/big enough
Watching Curtain make a few decent tackles I did wonder at her being a bench Loose forward.

I have concerns over her conditioning though, so not happy about that idea entirely. If she was more nimble then she would make a great ball playing lock.

Having said all of that, our starting Lock has conditioning and mobility issues too.

Preaching to the choir. I mentioned it after game 1 that Curtain is not it. No gas, no motor, doesn't take on the line.

But she has good tackling and can pass, so lock makes perfect sense and move Albert Jones to prop.

Matekino Gray looked likely off the bench. Quite a rough & rugged youngster. Solid build too. How tall is she?

Yep, early going but if I had to take a stab at who could be a cornerstone of the team moving forward, besides Maliapu, it would be her. It does help that she is the only middle/edge we’ve got with prior NRLW experience besides Butler and Jones though

As for height, I’ve had a look through and basically every middle/edge we’ve got is between 5’8 and 5’9, Gray being 5’9

Outliers are Puketapu (5’6), Lauiti’iti (6), and while her height isn’t listed, have a look at Pihema..
