Doing a 180 here, we probably need berrysiah back, I used SJ lenses and was disappointed to see the lack of kick chase line speed allowing Raiders to start tackle one already close to their 30m line, and their winger/centres just brushing off 5 defenders, then they get to their Fogerty bombs from the domino effect

Cape was doing the same thing effectively

Just speaking my view.
One of our group mentioned how Demetric doesn't fo it for them.
This kid is the same for me.
Seen glimpses of talent,not all round complete though.
When he pulls out more than 10 games and shines on his right side.
I will gladly acknowledge our man.

We should try him on the wing. Besides Roger I don’t rate any of our wing stocks as solid starting first grade wingers. I would even have Kosi over Dallin at this stage.
Berrys also our tallest back and the fastest.
I would love to see Kali on the wing but webby wouldn’t do that yet.

We need a damaging centre.
I’d like to see Berry unleash his attack in NSW Cup to push his claims.
I was worried for him when he returned earlier that he was solid but lacked previous zip.
Pompey has locked down the left.

I don't think you'd be giving up too much yardard tbh. He's a pretty big body.

Good under the high ball if his St Pats highlights game footage is anything to go off. Also played one or two NSW cup games at fullback in his first year here and went well.

High IQ guy to have at the back.

The key would be having a third ball playing threat out the back.

I guess the only thing we would be lacking is express speed. But we don't have that currently with CNK anyway.

The more I type this, the more i love the idea.

I think justifiably Pompey and Ali have the center spots on lock for the time being

But I don't think you can have a player of Rocco's calibre sitting on the sidelines, when we are clearly lacking something in the number 1 jersey with CNK there.

I think he would play a similar style to Latrell, without that linebreak threat ability that Latrell has

I like Ali and think he has a massive upside. But I feel so many people have automatically picked him and say he's an automatic inclusion. He's got such a higher upside, but at this point in his career is he an automatic selection over Rocco?

I don't think he's shown enough imo. We've seen that when Rocco is fit and the team plays well, he offers exactly what the coach wants and does it well.

Ali has struggled with meters and defence at times(so has Berry), but with Berry being older, and having runs on the board I think if it came down to it at this stage where we're trying to sort our attack out moving towards the finals, I think Rocco offers a bit more than the odd moment of brilliance.

Fwiw, I'd have Ali at left centre over Pompey, with Rocco on the right
