If its in your budget then Kamodo Joe is as good as it gets as far as charcoal is concerned. Depends what you get cause they go from $400 to $4000. Never had a bad brisket on a green egg. They are pricey though. I dont own one but have mates with one. I prefer offset smoking.I am thinking about getting a smoker and cooking meat for summer. Anyone tried a kamado joe or anything like that?
