Team List NZ Warriors v St George Illawarra Dragons - [Round 12, 2026]

Yeah I never read too much into body language but that was quite interesting.

Also terms being used like 'selfless'.... 'team first' ect.... that we wouldn't normally give a second thought to, just adds more speculation. The actual 'facts' that we can take away is that Luke is underdone, under trained and off the pace.

Bit of a stunning year for team naming Tuesdays.

Roger in the extended wow.

I guess Webster is going all in on form and winning teams (yeah I know Roger might come in and be spare parts in case he proves fit later in the week, but I don't think you can bank on that anymore).

New Andrew Webster is ruthless.
he’ll only be in the extended pending he’s fit to play come game time. No way Pomp’s is keeping him out of the centre spot.

This speaks volumes.

Not on the bench, not named in Cup

Hasnt played like forever.. it seems hes burnt his bridges with the team....
Or...

a) the fact he did his medical for Dragons today to finalise his contract with them.
b) has not trained with team for 2 odd weeks whilst sorting his situation out
c) needed to get his medical sorted out before being named to play by the warriors
d) all of the above

People are just jumping to conclusions. He may have made rash decision judging by what has transpired, but at the end of the day he is with the Warriors for the rest of the year and we will need him if he want to make a play for the title this year.

rumour has it the wahs doctors reported after his latest injury setback that his ligaments are twingling vines.. so good luck to whoever forks out for him

I can’t help but think about this post I saw on sharks forum last week and wonder if he might not get through a physical?

Paul Kent with some good points
27yo.... 43 games in 5 years is what the Dragons are getting at this point.

One thing we're blessed with right now is a smart coach becoming more ruthless by the season in a club that's demanding high standards. I'd say they Dragons are fair way off that atm.

I’m not sure I see a ruthless nature to Webster. I just think he’s fair and a good communicator and you can see he’s earned the respect of each and every player and staff member
