So play with two wingers on one edge or a backrower and a winger. Roger looked worse at center than Leka ever has imo. My main concern is defensive chemistry, feel like we would be more comfortable with EIT or Leka at center than RTS with AKP..
I get this argument. But Leka has a tendency to go missing when he is at center in the small sample size we've had with him playing there. So I hope there has been work on unlocking him in the eventuality he goes there for this game. I'd be giving Gannon a go at 11 if this does happen. Based on the cup games, he is very mobile and runs a really good line and has the ability to move laterally well on defense. That last pt is something that Marata has long struggled with.

goes to show you how strong our depth is. We still have faith in our side despite the fact we are on our 4th and 5th string halves, our 2nd string FB, our 2nd and 3rd string centers and missing two of our pack leaders in Capewah and Barney. Yet we have complete faith in our team. Conversely the Knights fanbase are only missing their 1,6,7 and they are resigned to not just losing this game but basically the next month of footy until one of them comes back.

The head coach is not injured thankfully

12 runs for 128m and 5 tackle breaks in a final against the Panthers is his only start there

They do have very good wings and centres who will keep them in the game. Leiautua and DWZ better have their shit together.
I gotta feeling ford for 2 and front rower to score and couple bench players but hey my game plan wouldn't be playing to the wings more so straight through the middle with the lines we are running atm, that's my thinking anyway, Boyd n Hanson will be playing short ball a lot of the time, Egan will be playing up the middle with the forwards all day long, then once they are worn out that's when our game will go to the outside edges 🤞🏽🙏🏽 that's my prediction this game will be won in the middle anyway letsss goo

So 3 tries each for Dal and Rog. Sounds like a good bet
😉 Sorry couldn't help myself. 😅

I’m keen to see Rog centre and AKP wing, but also I was impressed with EIT when he played centre a while back in a preseason game (against storm). Has Gannon played centre in Super League? I wonder if he’s a smokey.

sample size even smaller than his short run in 1st grade so far - reckon if he is moved there it will be the game when he nails it - he's that kind of talent - plus with Boyd playing with more time they'll find him more this time round - personally wouldn't mind it for this game, but much much prefer him at second row

Rather EIT. Not as flash as Kaylis, But he has a better motor and work ethic. Kaylis is injured anyway. Eddie can cover centre as well.
I am in the Eddie to centre cohort too. Leaves Roger where he needs to be and Alofiana tries for fun Pereira is still available on the extended bench.

And Leka in his specialist position will attract so many tacklers that Tanah will be waltzing Matilda all the way under the sticks.
