Don't get Isaako. Jenkins to De Groot is a sideways trade.
Jenkins is like $380K and De Groot $290K so it is a downsizing trade that frees up some cash.
Another left field option is Selwyn Cobbo if he gets the Broncos Fullback jumper.

"Sorry - I shouldn't say don't. Your a grown man - you can do what you like.
I wouldn't get Isaako or De Groot"
I knew what you meant. Appreciate your help and input !!!

Jenkins to Degroot to pay for a trade to Isaako ain't it. Cobbo might go okay at FB.

Cobbo has played twice at fullback for 58 and 15 scores. Seems risky.

I think he has to make some risky POD team plays to be honest. Like, he's never getting a win from the top 8 at this point if he's just getting players they have? I think Cobbo at FB is a decent shout.

Fair point.
Could try stacking your reserve players
WFB is pretty barren for decent scorers under $600k.

Yeah, could just spend your money on other positions and hope that a cheapie wfb emerges.

However, De Groot could be like Kini v2 if they start feeding him the ball more. I think he made like 3 tackles that game...it's not getting involved enough.

Jenkins to Degroot - pocket profit $90 - $100K
Walsh to Isaako - might cost me $20K
Spend my new found wealth upgrading one of my $500K players to a $600-$700K forward.

I want another forward possibilities are
Trade in Mama $550 odd for someone like the following:
Tino
Couchman
King

To swing that upgrade I would need a bit more funds that Jenkins to to DeGroot would provide.
I have to replace Walsh with someone and want to spend about his current price which leaves either Cobbo or Isaako or Brimson or Kris or Tamale

Can you get rid of Leiataua too and maybe get Beau Fermor?

Well I could technically go

In War chest right now $!00K

Walsh to Cobbo (provided named at Fullback) = $20K profit
Jenkins to DeGroot = 85K Profit
Leiataua to Fermor = $180K Cost
Affordable

Couple of issues with DeGroot
1) He is 22 - and not 19 or 20 like some of the young prodigys
2) His average in the Queensland Cup for Ipswich in 17 games last year was a poultry 23 points. That is a red flag.

Purdue came good though so maybe DeGroot can? But seems unlikely. If I go with Degroot I would just be hoping he can consistently post 25 points - anything more than that is unreliastic for him. Maybe another WFB rookie will be announced this week?

Isaako is a safer bet than DeGroot but costs $200K more. And do you want to pay $495K for a steady eddie 35 point guy.

I was wondering why that was reported. Wow.
I mean,

1) Ponga didn't make 93 points 2 rounds ago, he made like 23.
2) 180 in dry conditions makes no sense in terms of fantasy XD

However, I did make a post in there about 12th Man which had nothing to do with recruitment and had like 15 likes on the post HAHAHAHA

So, the punishment is just in the end, but I got punished for the wrong thing :ROFLMAO:

I didn't report you I promise haha

Are you guys bye planning? Sounds like a number of your trade targets wrighty aren’t playing round 12.

For context, I’ve got 10 currently playing 12. Of that 10, I’m selling 2 of those, for two more eligible round 12 players & buying another. By next week I’ll have 11 eligible, of which I’m comfortable on for the moment but it’s a huge week if you don’t plan. 100s of points in point swing.

He said at the beginning of the tournament that he's going to sacrifice the origin period. He's not having a good time this year again which makes it doubly hard.

Everyone should be planning for round 12 hopefully, I made a huge post at the beginning of the week.
