I took a squiz at the scores.
The top scorers in our comp got just north of 920.
I scored 840 so need to grind away slowly like Fizurg said

Pretty sure he's a hold until at least round 10 otherwise, until Origin.

Being a Warrior's forum, I wonder if this bye week going to wreck havoc on fantasy.

The trade was thinking about my H2H but realised in the overall scheme of things it was better to take the hit this week, save the trade and have the cavalry (Ponga, Cleary, Watson & Hubner) back next week.

I don't have any Warriors or Dogs who are the next two byes so well placed to get through the next couple

good call.

I only have Metcalf and Preston so I should be ok too. I have too many Bunnies, Raiders and Roosters but their first bye is 14, 15, 10 respectively, so can slowly trade them out.

You got any suggestions for WFB? Is Sharpe a pick up?

Sharpe looks a definite pickup - DPP as well. Think he might be one of the highest traded in this round.

As for others, depends what you can afford.

If you've got the big bucks, Jayden Campbell is looking must have but sadly he is beyond what I can do at the moment without doing some dumb moves.

Some interesting things happening at mid-price.

Reece Walsh's price is plummeting, definitely someone to keep any eye on. Probably won't play Origin this year, be a good player to have mid-year. Could be under $500k next week.

Tedesco's price is dropping too.

If you need a cash cow Jenkins from Penrith will be about $300k

Yup, I have Campbell.

Good call on Walsh. I have too many cocks in my team at the moment, so can't go with Tedesco, but he probably playing Origin if Edwards is out.

Jenkins is a great cashie option.
JC if you want a gun
Walsh is going to be bottomed out in a couple of weeks.

It’s cool coming into this thread now. At the start there was a few gun players and a few learning the ropes. Now the new players are catching up and it’s very hard to tell who’s a new player and who’s been playing for years. I get the feeling this game has gripped a few people.
I think there are only a few that have played for more than 3 years. This is only my 2nd year playing, same with Wrighty.

I think the best thing about playing Fantasy is it makes me want to watch the other games.

Plus we get to chat more about RL in here.

The problem with fantasy though for the newer players is that if your starting team from round 1 sucks, it's REALLY hard to pull it back. I think I was 3-8 and clawed it back to 12-12. I was ready to throw in the towel at one point.

Yeah fore sure. I always say Fantasy turned me from a Warriors fan to an NRL fan. My first team had nine Warriors players in it haha. They were the only players I knew well.
The learning curve is very steep and I believe you can’t play really well until your second year because your first team is always cooked haha. But it is amazing how much you can catch back up with smart trades. Especially playing head to head.
Just keep making smart decision's and stacking your team for round 23.
But the huge improvement in Fantasy smarts is quite visible in this thread I reckon.

Tough week this week with Cleary, Ponga & Watson out injured.

Lost my H2H to Tooks by just 8 points.

Onto next week!

Was a good game man, glad to have a win over one of the big dogs 😜

I'm up by 9 points against Shaka Bruh in the main league but wasn't sure if there were updates etc to come.

Looks like the level has certainly gone up from last year
