@Wrighty if Cobbo is FB then I would do your trade

Walsh to Cobbo (provided named at Fullback) = $20K profit
Jenkins to DeGroot = 85K Profit
Leiataua to Fermor = $180K Cost

If he isn't then I would think about the Cobbo trade. I know you said you are happy to throw away the Origin rounds but surely you should be able to field 11-12 at the min. None of these players are Origin rounds.
