Has any team benefited from sacking their coach mid year and then going on to succeed the year after? Genuinely asking.

didn't we sack Brown halfway through 2022 and then make the top 4 in 2023? I don't think the Knights are far off. They have gun outside backs. Their defence is already top 4. Invest in a few middles and I think they could make a push for the 8 next year.

Where they sack them and they stay to the end of the season some make the 8. 2014 Broncos come to mind.
I think Ciraldo was caretaker coach at Penrith in 2018 after Griffin was sacked. He led them to the finals and knocked us out in week 1.

I feel like sacking the coach generally means that the season was a write off.
Theres the exceptions that yourself and SydneyWah have mentioned, but I wouldn't expect the majority of teams to be able to operate better.
Storm have some stars not backing up. Hope the Tits aim up to do us a solid. But not getting my hopes up. The other 2 games today don't really matter for us.
