Who's the governing body for this fixture then? IRL? Whoever it is has a duty of care

The hardest part would be proving you actually have CTE, as far as I'm aware the only way they're able to officially diagnose it is when they dissect the brain after death.

The causation part would be piss easy as far as civil cases go.
