UP THE WAHS!!!

Absolutely pissing down here in Sydney, even if the rain calms down it has been a wet week so its going to be a slow slippery field. Its going to be a grind not a razzle dazzle game. Hopefully Addin and the boys get over the Saifiti less Knights pack and make ground for our backs to work some magic. Up the wahs

I see from the Iro podcast he identified SJs channel as an issue and the pattern and structures of the defence.
Been banging on about that a lot meself (and others) but the wall is not there, the wall is a raggedy piece of string at the minute, dudes are just not lining up in formation correctly which I put down to the two personnel changes from last season (there are communication issues when you are not operating as a straight line with no half gaps - Iro seems to have singled out Berry SJ contact point, I think Capewell is an issue too - not one on one defence, the formation sections in the line).

All I want to see today is that the Knights are unable to score more than 14 or so points, ideally 12 and under.

I would be happy with that.

Even if we lost, 12 and under level of defence for the majority of our remaining games would see us comfortable in the top six and a shot at the four.

We have to try find the best defensive stats in the comp, do that and we will be a finals team with a chance in the big games.

If they can't get over the Knights without Ponga then there's no way they'll get anywhere near the Roosters or Pamfers - which would mean a 3-1-7 start to the year, ie essentially season over. Fairly big game as far as the season goes.
And who's to say what the dolphins will bring? Not only do we need to win today, we need to beat a Panthers or Roosters to belive again.
