Look at the starting 13 of each team and the form some of our players are in. If we don't beat them comfortably we can kiss top 4 goodbye imo - we need to be putting the cellar dwellers away if we are any hope this season.
Its the NRL anything can happen...

and our injuries and bench are a worry.

The Dragons aren't spoon contenders or championship contenders.

To me this is the definition of banana skin.

There's a fair whack of tape from last week and I'm sure the boys are kicking themselves for seeing the comeback victory through.

This will be a tough game. Shane Flanagan is a much better coach than what they've had over the last few years. You can already see the improvements in their side, with what must be one of the worst rosters in the comp (on paper).

Need to find a way to get the 2 points here. Bench is super thin so the starting 13 need to have this under control when they come on. If we're 10 or 12 points down again then it'll be a long night.

Flanno will have a point to prove with the whole Ronnie saga. Expecting the dragons to come out hot but if we can start strong and defend hard we should be in for another 2 points. When the dragons lose, I wonder what he will cry about in the press conference.

This was our bogy team before, but that is now sorted.
Agree if we don't put them away we are kidding ourselves about being a top 4 team.
Good luck to all the boys and especially those starting their first grade journey.

We have so many "bogey" teams. Given how shit we've been in the past, it makes sense that there are many teams like the dragons that we've regularly shit the bed against.

We've been so bad at times I've worried that the Bye would join evey other team in the NRL and become our next bogey!
Before The Merge, St George were definitely a bogey team for the Warriors, but I think we went okay against Illawarra.

Yikes, I hope CHT's injury isn't serious. I feel his loss is being underplayed at the moment given our injuries to the utility players (Walker, Metcalf, Jazz). The bench is where we won a lot of our games last year, but this year it has been decimated. We are very short of cover.

I think he is a huge loss. Especially given the NRL's directive for independent doctor referrals yet. A utility is a non-negotiable.

I'm in Sydney for work this week.
6pm kick offs suck.
6pm kick offs in Woolongong really suck.
Trying my best to angle for a 4pm finish but 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
Around one PM you will start feeling crook, but battle on bravely, until spent, unable to fight anymore.
On your way to the game pick up a costume rental and go as Spiwahman.

Make sure you sit where we can see you on camera.

No one from work will know...just the whole Warriors forum...legendary
