Works as a Hoppa joke too mateRemember back in the day one of our guys coming off after getting John Hopoate'd. The trainer had a look and said to the player " I can't see anything there mate, "
The player said " No because he's taken the fuckin thing out now ".
Thankfully Mark has been found safe going on fb posts thanking people for their efforts. Good guy who played for Point and got into the sportswear industry.Stuff: Latest breaking news | New Zealand

Can’t believe he became a neurosurgeon!
I clicked on his picture expecting it to say he’s got CTE- this bloke had more hits than Elvis.
Speaking some sense though imho.
I thought NZ Rugby were using that neurocheck headset? Apparently it takes 2 minutes to test. IF it actually works then everyone gets the same quality and hopefully removes any way to rout the assessment. Certain NRL coaches would try and block the mouth guards. Would not allow them to get free interchanges at the 20th or 30th minute.......Union has compulsory use of those mouth guards at high-level football
If they go off then the player goes off for an assessment and doesn’t rely on interpretation of independent doctors or trainers on the field
The only problem if it is one with that system is the quality of the assessment when they go off the field

The absolute hit to the psyche to go from being invincible to being on a countdown....Poor bloke. Him trying to keep it all together but then eventually breaking down in the press conference was hard to watch.
Age does that tooThe absolute hit to the psyche to go from being invincible to being on a countdown....
Yeah but you get warnings about getting old. Yesterday he was a first grade NRL player. Today he's an exfootballer with a couple of years to live. (no disrespect intended to Jai; merely trying to highlight the contrast)Age does that too
He will have more than that but slowly seeing yourself lose control of your voluntary movements would hit deep.Yeah but you get warnings about getting old. Yesterday he was a first grade NRL player. Life sucks sometimes. The contrast you make is clear.Yeah but you get warnings about getting old. Yesterday he was a first grade NRL player. Today he's an exfootballer with a couple of years to live. (no disrespect intended to Jai; merely trying to highlight the contrast)
