International Pacific Championship

50 conceded by Samoa and BOY OH BOY DO THEY NEED IT TO RAIN AND TO RAIN HARD!!!

BTW, that's my standard line whenever a team/player is getting thrashed. Doesn't matter if it's indoors or outdoors. Cricket, Football, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Snooker, Golf, etc....

The call remains the same. The old "The 12th Man"ism comes out..

Blown away, one of the best Kiwis performances I've ever seen. The young Samoan spine was totally dominated unfortunately, shame Luai's not there.
Can we sign Thompson and Neame now?
Well done Madge, I've always said he's a brilliant coach with the right players.

He will be the best co commentator on Fox and Sky, unlike your Cooper Cronks and Peter Sterlings he is an ethnic so he has the street cred to make jokes and have the pulse of the fans.

Fox would coach him to be more hyperbolic and controversial though.

Trust me, he wouldn't sound like this long on that network.

SJ a natural in the commentary box. Guess we'll be getting used to him post-career now. What's the bet FOX are drafting up contract papers already...
I would be hoping the Warriors (and Kiwis) will be using him as a specialist halves coach to all our young playmakers.

They have to surely.......all that knowledge and from someone who could win a game with natural talent to then having to learn how to win by controlling a game.

How much benefit would that be to Kiwi playmakers coming through......the fast track of their development would be immense.

100% just has to be priority for our teams.

But Blocker is a tool! And probably gets a cheat sheet ohhhh wait oh yep you’re probably right.

50-0 scoreline is so bad for the game
Why? That crowd didnt sound disappointed.

I see the emergence of the Pacific nations on the International scene more than just being about games of footy. Its an oppertunity to be proud as a people.......i think its great.

Wasnt that long ago Samoa were World Cup finalists, they'll be results like tonight,,,,,,and then they'll be games they;ll topple anyone.

What happened to the Samoan team that made the world cup final? Probably too many newbies in the team. Not a fan of these international tests unless it's a world cup. Waste of time if you ask me.

A one horse race isn’t exciting 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s not a waste of time mate. The World Cup would be worthless if they had nothing building into it. The international game is dying for another European powerhouse unfortunately the super league is so bad that England and France have been left behind essentially.

Tonga and Samoa have done the game a massive favour. They need development but more importantly they need more tests. Seeing the potential of Tonga A and Tonga women’s there is now some depth in the Tongan squad to carry them through the next few years.

How we don’t get behind the kiwis frustrates me. If that kiwis squad was our warriors squad we would all be over the moon. We should be celebrating that assembly of talent yet it’s looked upon with disdain.

The nrl have conditioned too many of us that nrl is the only rugby league product worth watching.

Samoa just needs halves depth, they'll come good, they might have NAS and a few other Kiwis next year.
I got to see one of the best Kiwis teams ever unleashed, could beat the Roos next week, waste of time my arse.
