Not disagreeing but, why would you then subject your opinion this way?If you had to bet your life on who makes it out of Thompson, Inch and Tia from the evidence. Its Tia everyday, every time. No questions.
This is a massive win for the Warriors. Can they make it work?

All I mean by that is can the Warriors effectively integrate Tia into the team and deliver fully on his potential? Not disagreeing but, why would you then subject your opinion this way?
Is Cassius Tia another Arana Taumata..
100% agreed. That is why I'm pretty excited Tia is with us. Especially somewhere in that spine. Massive upside for the club and for my mind he would be a key cog in the wheel going towards winning a premiership.Barney was on the outer at New Castle and had massive discipline issues.
CNK was on the outer at the Raiders
AFB caught fire after discipline issues at Manly (ref abuse).
Dylan Walker had big questions around him when he came here.
The list goes on and is pretty decent.
We must have some bloody alright psychologists on staff, or something, because mental problems seem to clear up pretty quickly.
Physical injuries on the other hand...
To answer your question, I believe the club can make this work. I also believe that they believe they can make it work; otherwise why would they sign him?

Think of it this way, the Warriors have had a 'White Elephant' level of talent just land into their hands.
Can the Warriors, integrate this guy smoothly into their operations... and deliver on where he should be at as a player and talent.
Reading what the Bulldogs fans are saying right now... "this is Thurston all over again". I agree, it could be.
Leka is the clutch moment guy in the forwards.
Tia on potential is the clutch moment guy in the backs.
Thank you mate! We all love the Warriors - they can test your patience at times but the ship is 100% sailing in the right direction. Please post more.
You're very eloquent with how you speak and present positive takes that can go missing around here.
To build off what you're saying and what I was saying before. If what's required to bring out the potential of a 'high ceiling player' is psychological rehabilitation, I think this particular club should be up to the task.
Here's hoping that you are correct.
Absolutely not. Respect your opinion but a top 3 prospect is just not remotely close to being what most people who watch junior grades closely would say.If this was an NRL draft he would go round 1 easy - top 3 pick. Franchise player potential.
What evidence is the that? Just that he’s played NSW cup?If you had to bet your life on who makes it out of Thompson, Inch and Tia from the evidence. It’s Tia everyday, every time. No questions.
I haven’t seen him play but why then could he not make the Bulldogs NSW Cup side in the halves? I know Mitchell Woods is touted as there next big thing, but not at 6? Also didn’t seem to be on a top 30 contract which also has him down the pecking order. Has not been snapped up on a top 30 deal by any other club?Mate, I think there is a danger as Warriors fans of putting on rose tinted glasses.
Cassius Tia is an ELITE talent. He is good as it gets before making your NRL debut. Everyone in the NRL knows who this kid is. He has been a standout through his development at the Roosters and then bulldogs. If this was an NRL draft he would go round 1 easy - top 3 pick. Franchise player potential.

Coby Black, Mitch Woods, Joey Walsh, Kade Reed, Toby Rodwell, Lorenzo Talataina, Javon Andrews, Zane Harrison, Matt HumpriesMate, I think there is a danger as Warriors fans of putting on rose tinted glasses.

Well the cool thing is we get to find out!Absolutely not. Respect your opinion but a top 3 prospect is just not remotely close to being what most people who watch junior grades closely would say.

Jack Thompson has done far more at the same age than Tia. Dominating and captaining Jersey Flegg games at 18 years old. Playing well in first grade trials at 19. Tia wasn’t doing these things.
With Inch, he just has a higher ceiling to me with his skillset.
Tia is great but he is your typical bigger ball running five eighth. I’m sure he will play first grade but definitely not a top 3 prospect in the game like you say
Only reason - Off field issue.I haven’t seen him play but why then could he not make the Bulldogs NSW Cup side in the halves? I know Mitchell Woods is touted as there next big thing, but not at 6? But prior to the release not being able to make the Cup halves for the Bulldogs? Or secure a top 30 with them?Only reason - Off field issue.
Back home to New Zealand. Warriors benefit.
Well yeah because Thompson is 3 years younger than Tia.It;s just, for me, Tia's celling is higher because of his gifts. This week alone...which players are playing NSW cup and which ones are playing Jersey Flegg?
I was wondering if this might be the issue..Gang ties![]()
