Raiders flew down to auckland pretty much directly after their game in sydney and have been training at Dilworth school all week. So it should be a tough battle tonight, as it looks like the raiders want this win just as much as us.
Roosters came across early as well.

As much as it is amusing when coaches complain about travel and mention that they had to travel to New Zealand, like it is a massive disruption they didn't know about or something. It is a good sign our performances have meant teams have come across early to prepare for us.

Looking at a FB post earlier. We should insist Ricky gets those balls out of the tree first. I make my kids put their toys away when they finish outside.

My sons were at that school when the All Blacks came to train. All the boys in the class rooms over looking the field were at the windows watching when the All Black minders told them they have to draw the curtains because training is secret.

A legendary senior staff member got permission from the Principal to kick All Blacks off school grounds. They let the kids watch instead.....

The goal has to be to have a tight contest. Stay in the fight, if we lose go back to training with heads held high.

We hit some real highs last week on the back of Roosters ill discipline. This week we need Websters boys to play the minor prems like last week never happened.

Consistency, consistency, consistency.

By the end of most weeks I'll eventurally accept a loss if we win more or than we lose and also teams that beats us, they have to earn it. Too many years in our past we have been too inconsistent or fallen apart making it too easy.

This time of year there are often big swings from week to week. Hopefully, tonight and the rest of the season we are consistent.

Even after last week there are areas to improve on.

I hope we absolutely pump them after their shenanigans last time they played at Mt Smart.

Cannot stand their miserable coach, their arrogant players, hell even their shit stadium is winding me up.

C'mon boys, get Ricky whinging.
You should add to your list You're glad they got rid of the Green Wiggle (I had to Google that one).

Come to think of it, lime soda and green milkshakes can piss off too.

Another sell out. Give the club credit for that.
I always get a little confused as to what a sell out actually means at the Warriors games. Thyere were some empty seats around us and it looked though the South Stand still has empty seats.
Anyway, best atmosphere in town and the envy of many other sporting franchises.

We must understand the refs areas of focus and adhere well to them to get the refs as on side as possible.

That will go a long way to minimising six agains and penalties against us.

We got a good run last week coming out of our half. Hopefully, we stay disciplined, and it continues. Like previous years inside our 20 was frustrating. The Roosters were getting quite a few restarts while attacking our line.

Tonight will be interesting. The Raiders pushed the limit to start last week's game. They seem happy enough to wait out the referees to see if they will eventually relent.

Up the Wahs! I'm flying back to the US straight after the game. So hopefully my role as a good omen continues for one more week!

It's Friday the 13th, we need all the good omens we can get!

I'm equal amounts excited and nervous about this one, don't think it's gonna be another 40+ point try-fest, though that would be a welcome scenario to kick the year off with back-to-back trouncings!

Let's go boys, please make your tackles Ali 🙏

I prefer a 10-8 win instead of a 40-8 win too. This isn't super rugby after all (although last night did everything to convince us otherwise).
