Nasty nasty combination of speed and power.

Can't wait to see him tested by the big boys, he should fight Joshua, AJ is way too slow for him.

Didn't see much footwork in this fight though....you might not want to stand in front of AJ (having said that his head movement is great and he is fighting Southpaw so he wasn't there to dance, he wanted to slip shots and lay Franklin out. Job done beautifully)
Not sure if the highlights showed it. He said himself in the corner after round 1. That it was too quick. So, he has some boxing smarts as well. He likely would have gassed if he kept that up for close to 10 rounds.

The foot work is a good point. Also funny to judge with south paws and he didn't look to concerned with Franklin.

Some nice fients and body work.

The fight game is tough. The up and comers usually wipe out guys way past their prime. He wiped out Whyte in his last fight.

His hand speed is the main issue. Especially for the guys closer to the end of their careers.

Hope he stays lean, I love hand speed. The ring mic's are great when the crowd isn't singing all fight you hear the crisp sound of speed hey.

Another fight card on this weekend.

We used to get the PBC events here.

I haven't seen Thurman fight for years. Fundora I am sure is the guy that beat Tsyzu originally (also the rematch). Tall for that weight class. You mainly see size difference like this in the heavyweights.

Highlights of the main event below.

That Chisora vs Wilder fight was sloppy. But it was entertaining.

Weird fight matched the weird build up. Wilder went off on a talk show when asked about Fury. Then on Piers Morgan when asked about how he took up boxing to support his daughter who has spina bifida which is a great story. Instead of saying she means the world to me he goes off on the girls mother stealing his sperm after finishing on a towel.

Chisora and Wilder apparently went fishing together as well. Or are they going fishing after the fight.🤷‍♂️

Wilder had Chisora in the corner after a knock down and instead of flying in for a finish he was coked ready to unload and said "I love you". I couldn't hear but that is what the commentators said. That works in pro wrestling like Wrestlemania 24 when your sending out a legend as you have a storyline for it. In boxing it's a little odd.

Weird fight had Chisora out of the ring between the ropes and the arena had a guy counting like pro wrestling.

I saw the highlights of the NAS fights. For two guys that were professional athletes in a different sport which requires a lot cardio.

They looked pretty gassed and sloppy. Shows how much a fight takes out of you.

I'm not sure what Wallace is doing now. If he is pursuing boxing or this was just a pay day he took up.

I know it is typical to start with 4 round fights work your way up. But if NAS really wants to make a go of boxing he need to get to the point he has moved on from football players. Seen talk of getting Gallen out of retirement for another pay day. Or Lodge. Lodge would still be 6+ months away as he needs the NRL season to finish. NAS would be better keeping busy.

Lani Daniels with a good win today. Stopped a much bigger opponent. Won another world title. Well won 3 world titles. Not sure if she had any going into the fight.

She was fighting well in close and also getting some good shots in from range.

What was noticeable was her conditioning. When the referee split them up and created a gap between them she closed it quickly where Green had barely moved.

A weird finish where she pretty much swarmed Green at the start of the round. Commentators were wondering if soemthing was wrong. I didn't hear if there was as I turned over to check the Warriors build up. Hopefully, just gassed.

What I saw of the fight before it looked pretty good. The two women were fighting at a decent pace.

Amazing eh bro.

First minute of the fight I was thinking oh man this is horrible. But Lani had a plan, fantastic prep for the fight, right strategy eh.

Yeah Green was hurt before the final round and they should have used the towel. She just came out and froze on the spot from the opening bell.

Love the way Lani strangled her, took the early storm and out worked Green.
