Acclaimed (and controversial) sprint coach Roger fabri has akp as the second fastest in the game.
Saab is first but I reckon most those guys would beat him over the first 20m though.

Take Roger's opinions with a grain of salt, he's hyping Saab up because he's training and racing him. Saab ran 10.83 at his last track meet. Zavier Peacock, who played on the wing for Cronulla's Harold Matts team, ran 10.4 as a 16 year old.

Hammer is easily the fastest possibly followed by AKP then Saab. Hammer is the only league player in the world that's been recorded at 40km per hour in a game, Saab hasn't been anywhere near that speed. For reference, peak Bolt was running 44km per hour, on a track in spikes which are half the weight of footy boots.

I've been to a few of Rogers speed sessions for youth, he's a good footy speed coach and he's a big personality which is a good thing but yeah, it would totally be him to hype up a client, he did the same thing for JAC a few years back.

Roger is only controversial because he's outspoken and he happened to be training Xerri when Xerri was pinged for PEDs. Roger had only just taken Xerri on before he was charged.

He’s also controversial because he got four years (served 2) for drug supply…
