They're optimistic with the TBC return date for this season then!

Caitlan Johnston gave birth in May and returned this past weekend, playing 18 minutes off the bench.

Hill-Moana gave birth in April so, while Johnston is def an exception rather than the rule, it's not out of the question that she could return during/in the lead-up to finals. I wont hold my breath tho lol

I'd expect an appeal, I'm not sure what they mean by like for like in the circumstances but with Curtain done we desperately need a competent half. Would love for us to get Studdon

What a shambles of a situation with Studdon - she misses out on a contract, we miss out on a half. Really amateur administration of the game.

If Southwell goes to the Broncos, might as well scrap the rest of the comp and just have them play the Roosters 3 times for the trophy considering they're each made up almost entirely of internationals and origin players.
