Which scenario seems more plausible? This family was victimized or the parents who totally didn’t enter America for a better life got lucky because their despised child was taken from them.

100%. I certainly don’t trust police , the state or the trump administration. However some times it’s super easy to discern fact

. The only supporting evidence is social media hearsay. There is multiple news reports and law enforcement statement detailing the general nature of the situation.

Sure I don’t believe every single detail that they said, but it’s pretty believable that the kid was with his dad, who abandoned him as he attempted to flee arrest.
