Not really. Sham elections are not elections. A dictatorship, which America is 70% towards now, does not hold free and fair elections.

It's perfectly reasonable to establish a baseline, hence me suggesting using the 1990s elections in the states as a standard.

It's not conspiracist at all. It's a prediction based on the trajectory we're all seeing, right in front of us.

There will not be free and fair elections. Trump will run for an unprecedented third term, if he's still alive. Trump will shut down any attempts at democracy.

If you’re so confident it’s all going to go down without a hitch with no attempt to hold power and a peaceful transition to the next president then match my stake of leaving the forum. I’m not stupid enough to think Trump isn’t a reasonable chance of throwing his toys again. However as I’ve continually said, the legislation will protect the US from the outcomes you guys have been throwing around, and that’s ignoring the civil war garbage from the Chief of Paranoia.
