I’m talking global politics Iran, Venezuela, strengthening Isreal to rule the Middle East. Tariffs to try to react to Chinas rise.

I don’t agree with much of it, but rightly or wrongly, the world will be very different post trump.

Many change makers are despised at the time but history treats them kindy. I’m just thinking big picture how history is going to evaluate this fascinating time of change we’re going through.

If you think the Venezuela was anything but the oil, you’re deluded. America telling their people to leave Venezuela is how thankful they are, they are ready to kill any American they see. Iran right now is America and Israel cells fighting against Iranians who hate America and Israel. Putin destabilised the world with Ukraine, but this guy has countries on edge with what’s going on. It’s not normal and never should be to talk about invading countries with such ease the way he does. Anyone to support this now shows who they truly are

Inevitable reaction to the lefts blatant push for woman, minorities and identity groups.

Smart politics is to push back for the majority group if the electorate is being carved off.

Just chess really. The inevitable end game with personality politics.

I completely agree. But in 100 years from now, how’s the world going to look post Trump vs if there was no Trump?

' at least fascist dictators do some good'
Well.... no.
Hopefully he has a heart attack or slips over in the shower but to be fair the whole administration needs to be flushed.

Trump cares for his voting base the same as the left prioritises there’s… you either support one side doing it or neither.

I’ve always said everyone should be equal and parties should aim for everyone but if your going to divide and prioritise some, then this is the inevitable end result…

Taking a big picture view and gazing into a crystal ball:

1 - trump is changing the world order
2 - Trump will not be here forever but the changes will be
3 - silver lining, I believe the people of Iran, Venezuela, etc will hopefully end up better off in 100 years than now
4 - I hate trump and his methods but fundamentally believe in democracy, freedom and capitalism so there is my interest and fascination from a historical (rather than immediate rights) perspective.

Trump is changing the world order? If so, do you believe it’s in the best interest of us the world, or his own country he’s the leader of? Are you confident that his intentions aren’t ultimately for himself rather than the world? Trump will not be here forever? No he won’t live forever, but in terms of him seeking power past term if he’s still alive I still believe he will-just my view. The implications of this administration will forever last, seizing oil to openly sell it will never be forgotten and America won’t be a trusted nation from here on out. China sits quiet because they don’t have to do a thing with the mistakes they are making. They can’t sell that oil they’re now stuck with because it’s uninvestible to people like exxon who know a thing or two about oil. Venezuela will be no better off than any other territory America has gone through Afghanistan, Iraq. Iraq you recently can marry a 10 year old, these countries simply had what they wanted and America never cared once they got what they wanted. Iran won’t fall and they’re backed by too powerful nations, as people like to say on here, they’ll fuck around and find out. Freedoms and rights are diminishing based on which persuasion you are and if you support free speech, you have to support protest because they’re steeped in the same ideals, freedom to express. Trumps told you how it is, January 6 good protest, someone like that lady shot in the head a crazy terrorist that brought it on herself. What no one talks about is the debt that America owes, $38 trillion and the implications that could have on the country. There’s a view from some that all countries would have to do is call in the treasury bonds and they would go into the deepest depression imaginable. America is fucked and the world needs to start understanding that
