Complete nonsense. Its literally the continuation of the checks and balances built into their system. There's been like over 100s court cases since inauguration as there is with most presidents lately.

Not so. Since the inauguration in January, there have been a hundred or so actions by leftist activist judges interfering with the democratic process of the use of his executive powers President Trump, whereas the number for the whole of the stolen Briben presidency was a lot less than that for the whole four years, and it was fewer still for Obama. Sad that people can support leftist activist judges who act to give illegal immigrants "due process". Was it due process when they came across the border without approval? Illegally? Why should MS13 gang members be given due process? Why are people so upset about MS13 gang members not being given time in court? The Dems are losing popularity every day, because their main policy thrust nowadays appears to be supporting illegal immigrants, including known gang members and known people smugglers, and the supposed right for men who identify as women to destroy women’s sport and be allowed into women's shower rooms. Trump's approval rating is higher than ever.
