The GOP have said the Ukraine aid is not affected by the shutdown. That is agreed by the war party which consists of about 90% of both parties. This aid is wanted by the donors to both parties a big chunk of which is money from the military industrial complex.

Number I saw at civilians killed during conflict between 2014-2022 was about 3,000 and not just Russian but Ukrainian civilians too. 14000 is the number I've seen for total deaths military and civilian? Also all those deaths were instigated by the Russian backing of separatist factions in Ukraine. ie. all those deaths can be attributed to Russia after their puppet Ukrainian president was protested against and left for Kharkiv before being voted out of parliament 328-0....
