Jersey Information
The 2004 and 2005 alternate jersey was slightly altered from the 2003 'hoops' jersey version with the hoop bands being thinner. Both versions had 4 bands running across them.
These jerseys were never sold to the general public although several had a number 7 put on the back and were given to select fans such as corporate box owners. These jerseys are therefore exceedingly difficult to obtain. I would be surprised if there was more than 40-50 ever made with most being match worn examples.
This jersey was worn during two rather infamous matches for the club. The first time was against the Roosters in 2004 when Paul Atkin who was on debut got absolutely smashed by Adrian Morley in his first two touches of the ball. The second was in 2005 against the Roosters again when Awen Guttenbeil destroyed Ned Catic in a brutal tackle that knocked Ned out.
Other times the jersey was worn was during both the Warriors trials in 2005.
