I know this would be people's best guess. But in a hypothetical where we swap Berry for Anderson alongside the confirmed trade of RTS for William Wallace would the net effect on our cap be neutral or is RTS paid well enough that we would have cap left over?

I think Niukore was and is a good player for the warriors and the knights have done well to get him in a world where Perth and PNG are sniffing around.

We've had alot worse buys and bigger salaries when the salary cap was smaller.

Niukore is a fearsome sight and I wish him luck at his new club. He started really well for us but after that suspension for a high shot (Utter BS) he was never the same and just played a decent but not exceptional game.

Surely he would at least give us a chance to match any deals with us being so good to him after his year off. In saying that if he was getting offers 2 weeks ago he wasn't first choice which may have made an offer seem more appealing

I think Roger was on about $650k and ive heard rumors (but refuse to believe them) that Rocco was on upwards of 500k.

Wahbrick is good and will be an upgrade, but given his age and a kiwi even with a decent contract i cant imagine hes on more than 450-500k.
I know Zero Tackle isnt very accurate but they have no out n out wingers on over 500k currently.

Anderson? At worst would be 400k surely? Maybe less.

Either way, im guessing we save around $250k or so.

That, on top of Marata, Barney and TMMs contracts surely give us around $2mill even after WW and Andersons potential signing.

Some of that will go towards upgrades etc (hopefully Boyd and CHT have a couple of nice upgrades) but I feel we have the potential to sign a 1 million marquee player, or even 2 decent, international/Origin level players (about 5-700k each)

Agreed with all that till the last estimate of what it would cost to lure Rep players to Auckland. None will come for five hundred K that is budget money and Seven fifty....maybe....but that is gonna be someone older like Capewell at that rate, add another hundred K just to enter negotiations and not get the phone hung up on you.

Guessing under 1M with all the upgrades after extending Boyd/CHT

Do we have cap to fit anyone like a Timoko or before 30/6? Does it roll forward or it’s wasted if you don’t use it
