That is what I got from the article that they were still PPV. Thought I recall seeing the last couple listed on Sky. Just the add sounded incorrect.



Our PPV market is still young compared to the States. I started buying the PPVs when they were $19 and they went up to $24-$29. Now up to $50.

As much as cable TV is dying. Sky will still be doing well off these events. The split is likely similar to the States where the cable provider gets close to does get 50% of the payment.

They’ve been coming up on my feed too and have really enjoyed them. He tried to catch him early at the start of the fight with a big one but ate a couple of beauties
 
I didn't see all of todays Fight Night card.

A nasty KO in the co-main event. A reach match between Alexa Grasso and Maycee Barber. Barber on a 7 fight win streak.

Hit to the point she spun around sitting down unprotected. Then got a choke applied. Reaction was to try and tackle the ref but then was lying on the ground, breathing but eyes open staring out clearly asleep.

Not sure if more will come around the doctors. One was there watching her. The commentators and a few other comments I've seen were they should have done more. Like sit her up.

It isn't like a cut or other incidents during a fight. The fight was over so the doctor had time to assess her without the pressure of disrupting the fight or upsetting the fighter even though they are protecting them.

I'm not a medical person so not sure if it was right or not.

Cheers juju. I knew he had one coming up and thought that was it. Good luck to him. Things gone quiet on Hooker and Pimblett war of words
 
As someone who jumped in on the UFC relatively early because of Ken Shamrock and then getting sucked into the Gracie mythology, I'm blown away that a Kiwi now holds the same title once held by Frank Shamrock, Tito Ortiz, Chuck Liddell, Randy Couture and co. For a long time LHW was the marquee division of the company.
