Team List Warriors v Eels - [Round 26, 2025]

Thought he spoke really well, gave his coaching staff a solid "done good, run strong".

And I don't mind that the Aussies don't rate us. It's when they do that I get a bit jittery.

As to the Four Debutants in Sixteen Changes Panthers, at least it's publically noted on Tuesday, not like the bad old days where Ivan could name his most experienced team on Tuesday and roll out his least experienced team on Thursday 9.50PM NZT...

Again, if the NRL think it's a bad look, it's them who've got to make the Really Small NRL Rule Book just a slightly bigger read by adding/amending a rule.
I thought maybe he could have given the nsw cup coach a wrap. Stacey and Agar well…..
But David themselves cup coach what a job he has done!

Dean Ritchie does have a very punchable face
Most of the NRL360 guys do. Ritchie, Rothfield, Reade, even Crawley.

Everyone with a conflict of interest - ex-players like Nathan Hindmarsh from Parramatta, just to give this post it's On-Topic Quota :)) They either have an interest in talking their club up or talking it down.

Anasta seems the most professional in acknowledging that conflict, as a presenter and as a player agent.

The guy who invented auto correct has passed away.
The funnel is tomato
He's post award.
His death notice would have been/should have been quite the read, taking the piss out of his achievement...

JAC’s 200th. He’s scored so many long distance tries against us over the years for storm and bulldogs, we’re going to need to be ready for their strike in their backline. Sounds like Dylan Brown is out with Sean Russell replacing him

Kalani Going still in the 19.
He’s been showing some pace and flair in Cup as well the usual grit.
Healey is the other one retained outside the 17.
If any forward other than Egan or Te Maire is out than surely Going gets the Gig On.
he's clearly the next man up if someone else goes down in the pack. He's been tearing it up in cup for a while now. Was initially worried by his lack of size, but he brings intensity in defense like TSS but also has nice footwork and has demonstrated explosiveness close to the line in cup. Like for like with TSS for mine.

Hope the improvement from the drags to tits game implies that this game will see a return to our earlier season form. Winning is important but we also need a statement performance tomorrow to signal to the rest of the comp that we aren't just there to make up the numbers. Just want to wipe the smirk off the Aussie punditry class who are confidently predicting we will drop out of the 4.

No dumb penalties or errors. Control possession and suffocate the eels and bash them out of the game. Yes they have pace out wide like the tits. But like last week we have the clear edge in the middle of the field. Play to our potential and we should come away with the two pts. Play like we did against the Dragons however and we are looking at another squeaky bum time performance.
