That’s how I suspect it may pan out.
8 of the top 17 out.
Nothing to lose.
We need to use the ball more in early tackles.
Hoping that’s what we do, but the squad he’s picked currently won’t give us that. Despite all the injuries there’s still a very good side that he could have picked, That would challenge the opposition. Besides Healey, All the players he’s picked to replace the injuries are pretty are slow and predictable

I'd say they will start the game as TT at FB, Charnze at Centre and Capes in 2nd Row.
Lussick will be dropped if he is carrying a niggle so EIT will debut.
Then when Healy needs a rest they will either put TMM or TT at 9 and EIT will cover centre and CNK will push back to FB.

Going to be messy.
Webster needs to show his kahunas and make the change including TT at 1. Makes sense as that spine have played a fair bit together, that’s my logic.

Maybe to lighten the mood but what about some outside the box thinking.

- Swap the left edge with the right edge on game day, all the Dolphins plays they practiced now don't work!
- DWZ at right center, doesn't need to jam in anymore because he's already there!
- Every 20 minutes DWZ, RTS and CNK rotate positions, share the fullback load, and keep the opposition guessing which edge to attack!

that's absolutely mental. You don't change your entire backline so drastically this late into the season.

Been busy all week so haven't had the chance to read the team list, let alone post. But this team list is really something! I'd be a bit more worried about the 2 forward bench if we were up against Canberra. This Phins pack is actually almost identical to the one we outmuscled last year at MSS when we had essentially a NSW cup side playing in 1st grade. They don't actually scare me.

I have to assume TT is the utility cover this week with CHT out and Lussick spells Healey at DH. Healey hasn't played 80 all year in either cup or NRL. However Holic had a post saying that Capewell was training with the forwards. If that's true maybe TT might actually play at the back with CNK shifting to the centers and Capewell shifting to the back row and Marata back to the middle respectively. Seriously doubt it though. That's just not what Webby is about this year.

Call me crazy but we do our best work when we are in the next man up mentality vs having to play with our full strength squad. That Broncos win earlier in the year where we had like half our squad out as well is a good example of that. So I give us every chance to win this, especially given the wet and dewey conditions that are expected tomorrow night. Call me an optimist but I have a good feeling about tomorrow.

Yep, agree - the pack we've ended up with has more than enough to take theirs on or down. Sucks Demi isn't there - but this will trigger capes back to the pack with Marata moving into the middle. Agree that Freddy likely to drop off now too, with a different contingency for hooker cover... and we get Eddie at centre (a good thing!)

This is actually a good and fairly exciting side tho.
Also Taines only loss where he’s started at fullback for us, was that close loss in Melbourne last year
