To be fair no-one expected Yeo to develop into the ball player he has becoming. To expect Gannon to be Isaah Yeo next year is unfair. But can he develop into a player like Isaah Yeo that’s a more fairer expectation. Just have to look at Vaimauga he’s only starting to show of his ball playing ability after 3 years in first grade so it does take time.

I would say that is very good analogy and at the moment he looks like Bailey Sironen level....but he is twenty one years old. and hinting at being classier, we need more tape.

There are three things I like about this player that are missing from the Warriors.

One he reads the play, comes up in support of the ball carrier at pace (Metcalf and Capewell when Capewell is at center have been showing a bit of that).

Two he looks to pass when in the clear.

Three, he passes left and right well.

All relate to having vision which is something you can teach but someone who has it naturally can take it a lot further.

Four, he has all of this without being put through a preseason with us.

I haven't watched him, admittedly, but if he's a stand out in super league, he should be pretty alright once he's integrated into our system.

He’ll be full of confidence that some nrl teams were offering contracts and he’s signed a deal with one of them
I noticed in one of the dressing room shots that he looked quite star struck by the older Leeds players.
I bet his family have been watching as many Warriors games as they can get a handle on.

In another shot you see him talking to his Mum and other family in the stands after the game, you can see a tall young kid grinning at him, I take it that is his brother who plays for Warrington.

Did not see this mornings game Leeds Vs St Helens.

Read the live score updates.

Gannon was sent for an HIA, I see he came back on in the second half (was registered for a knock on on their twenty meter line in what turned out to be a mistake-athon by Leeds).

Apart from an HIA (which is a worry) and a knock on, I can't say anything about how he played in a team that got ambushed by St Helens.

Apparently Leeds showed up expecting to win (note well Warriors). They got smashed.
