From my experience the ICE members are poorly trained, led and disciplined. If there is a shooting surely the law enforcement of that area should take ove the scene and investigate. I have done operations witg other organisations like Immigration and Customs. We were briefed befirehand and knew our roles and boundaries. That is not the case in Minnesota. That much is obvious.
