Unfortunately I don’t think this administration has done much to give those watching on much faith that what they’re saying is in fact a true recollection in most cases, especially when footage is hard to dispute and the shooters life never looks threatened. As was pointed out that the incident occurred in the morning, so noem’s accounts of the victim harassing agents all day seems untrue? Even to be involved in what’s being speculated, I just can’t see the outcome just in any way possible based on the footage

Calm down, the evidence needs to be tested shether or not the Agent was justified or not. Media wouldnt show what they want you see would they? All the foitage sll the witnesses need to be examined. Absolute immunity suggest that they cannot be sued, courts cannot review their actions or constitutional violations are consequence free.
Federal agents do not have absolute immunity. They are generally protected by qualified immunity, which shields them only when they do not violate clearly established constitutional rights. Absolute immunity is limited to specific roles like judges, prosecutors and congress and does not apply broadly to federal agents.

That is the part that surprises me most about the new order. I thought a White female would be the last to be the victim of a public spot execution.
We have seen rogue actions by enforcement many many times, the strangling to death of George Floyd in some ways was worse, I know I would rather take one to the head than be strangled for an hour begging and pleading, choking and in pain face down in the gutter.
But the key difference between this, and say a George Floyd, is that this is a state sponsored execution squad, one that knows it has the support of the dictatorship, and therefore acting in the full knowledge they can act with impunity.
It won't be long before we are talking about the shooting of a kid running away or a kid throwing stones at the death squads.
We all knew this was coming. All of us. Especially the supporters of Trump, oh they can lie and deny they knew it, this has happened before "The Fuhrer was our savior, he restored our pride, gave us jobs, we did not realize he was evil" yadda yadda yadda lies....all lies...the warnings have been there all along.
In a normal system the leaders of the country stay out of the investigation, in a democracy a prime minister or President, or leading political figure states clearly 'it would not be appropriate for me to comment on an ongoing police investigation'
But in the new Fatherland the Vice President gives a tirade.
This is what his message is really saying:
"You are either with us or against us, you will comply, or you will be labelled a dissenter therefore a terrorist, and you will be executed....the old laws do not apply to us...."
