Assuming everything accused against the ice agent is true. It's still considered "tame" in comparison to what other federal agents have gotten away with in history. I.E the
Kent State shootings where agents killed 4 students and injured 9 because a sargent starting shooting which startled and made the other 29 of 77 gunmen shot at the students. All having the charges agains them dropped. Or even the
Move bombing where the police got into a helicopter and dropped fucking military-grade explosives onto a residential row house. Killing 11 people and 5 kids. Fire Commissioner William Richmond ordered firefighters to ālet the fire burnā. Burning down 61 homes leaving 250+ homeless. No convictions.
So to ever assume this kind of event would even get a second in a court house is laughable.
