The rugby league guru has him in his top 4 wingers of the NRL era. So he would agree with you. I might have targeted him had he been available.
Meh… over rated. Just like those over rated halves Lockyer and Fittler. Don’t know what people see in them.

I’ve never actually been to Bali- thinking of going at Easter- well actually I want to go meet my friend in the Philippines to go diving with the whale sharks but the wife and kids want to go to Bali so…

That is an interesting tip you were given haha.
I have been to Bali 3 times (most recently was November 2024).
It is a great place for families. The locals are mostly very friendly, plenty to do there (shopping, temples, swimming, markets, monkey forests). I would recommend getting a nice resort somewhere close to the main tourist areas but not too close so it is not too hectic. You want a resort where you can get a nice meal if you can't be bothered going out and good swimming pools with pool bars etc. Service is fantastic at those resorts. There are things to be careful of for sure but I took my daughter there twice when she was much younger and we had a great time.
Edit: I would say Bali is my favourite place to visit. It has a bit of everything.
There are scams to be aware of though in Bali. I came across one last time I was there where someone asks to take you to a place where you can get all this free stuff and it ends up being some kind of pyramid scheme where they don't let you leave unless you give them money. But I think that is the case in every similar country to Indonesia. I didn't go there but some Australian guy told he went there that morning and got scammed.
