CPP has looked pretty suspect under the high ball when he's played fullback for Jersey Flegg and again in the weekend for the Cook Islands. I see he's named back in 6. Kid's got an electric running game though, definite potential.I saw a lot mention Caelys Paul Putoko in the Cook Islands vs Fiji game and he was listed at fullback, is there a chance this guy could become our next fullback? Also interesting to see nothing on Niukore after selection by Cook Islands? Wonder if he’s injured?
Yeah just looked up the team selections after I posted and see he’s playing 6. Wonder what’s happening with Niukore then? No selection againCPP has looked pretty suspect under the high ball when he's played fullback for Jersey Flegg and again in the weekend for the Cook Islands. I see he's named back in 6. Not sure re Niukore
He made some pretty shocking errors in that Cook Islands v Fiji game.I saw a lot mention Caelys Paul Putoko in the Cook Islands vs Fiji game and he was listed at fullback, is there a chance this guy could become our next fullback? I would say a pass mark considering his age and experience and the fact the cooks as a whole have a bit of work to doHow did putoko go?
Yeah, no real 2nd row cover.
100% that’s the only clear option.Yeah, no real 2nd row cover.
If they do get a 2nd row injury, I'm guessing Tago goes to 2nd row(debuted there for the Panthers), Blaize goes to centre and CHT goes to 6.
How bloody good is it to have two warrior's juniors playing for a national team that could arugubly beat NZ and AUS. Thats some amazing big game experience to giving em. And i'd also aruge that a samoa vs tonga crowd has gotta sound just as loud as a grand final one.
How good. Great to see our young guns getting the recognition in this arena.
