That would 50 + 33 + 2 = 85 players
I believe 85 is too many. And 75 sounds like a better number. I can go through and suggest 10 to you to eliminate. OR do you want to have a crack? I would like some hooker options in the 75 even if it means prioritising a few hookers.

Not fussed between the two, maybe Priddis in the basis of his 2003 GF performance which was pretty epic. If I had to remove a player then perhaps Sam Thaiday? Dunno, others might say someone like Mitchell Pearce.

I would like to propose a rule variation: we limit the legends in the squad (to between 4-6).

There is enough talent in the 2025 players. If some teams have 10 legends and others favour all 2025 players it becomes a mismatch? I feel it’s good for the game to have a few average players in every team rather than elite players in every position in every squad.

If others don’t agree, it’s not a biggy, just feel the original intention was more towards current 2025 players with a few legends and now the legend component is growing.

I feel 8 is to much personally. 6 is good. I just think legends should be filling key positions more that slotting in current players around legends.
