I've been a good little boy trades wise, having 22 at the beginning of the round so decided to treat myself and splurge on Farnworth and Teddy this week.

I'm playing Bring Da Ruckas who has brought waaaaay to much Ruckas for my team to handle, with Sharpe and Lucas combining for nearly 200 between them, so I'm cooked unless Metcalf has dancing feet tonight...

Yes, especially after his 30 last week. Looked like he understood what he was supposed to do at fullback. While at Stand off he seems more like a rookie.

Bruh...you haven't watched the knights games this year, he's bloody everywhere except for last week. His base stats are actually insane. Last week he just didn't get the attacking stats to go with it and when he does, sheesh. He's always on the inside shoulder and running off players. Last night, the panthers were just terrible and he got many 1 on 1 situations where his speed burnt his opponent.

I said it in the round discussion but I think Knights halves are kaka, and it showed again in the second half where Knights scored 1 point. Sharpe has to create everything himself. Ponga is in the worse form of his life and because he can't create himself the knights have been poop as well.

Maybe best to ask on there? I would assume it's blowing your load to get the gun you want.

Yeah my guess is its similar to a luxury trade, i.e. trading a gun to a slightly better (1-3 points on average) gun

@Wrighty also your question who to keep out of Savala or Smith. It's definitely Savala who goes when Walker comes back, but that won't happen unless Savala plays badly. He's also making a lot of money and will continue for the next several rounds, so don't trade unless you really have to.

Thanks for your answer, what do you mean by "that won't happen unless Savala plays badly". My understanding is that at most they will give him a bench spot ?

Why would they replace him with Walker if they are winning is what I mean.

I see. They are 11th on the ladder, Even if they win the next two or three on the bounce they will be outside the top 4 which a team like the Roosters will feel self entitled to be in. Secondly, since before the season started they have stated Sam Walker was coming back in when ready, and during pre-season they said chad is only here for the first half of the season until Sam is ready. I think their minds have been made up for nearly 12 months to bring Sam in.

Wasn’t Walkers extension at a million per season? I definitely see them giving Waller a few weeks in reserves to build back to fitness but I think once’s he’s fit he will be picked.

But agree , no need to rush the sell on Savala. I need him in my halves in for Round 15 when Foggerty has the bye

At this stage I plan to hold Savala for round 13. And then from round 14 onwards trawl through cheapie options until the right one comes along to cash down him. If I have to wait one or two rounds to find another opportunity like Loko or King Toia, then I will wait. Those cheapies are really becoming scarce at his stage of the season. But if last season is anything to go by there will be one or two more who will be worthwhile to jump on.

Talk Latu Fainu for $258K gets his spot. I won't be taking Latu. I had him last year and he wasn't very offensive - good defender though.

Plenty of guys are going to cash down to Latu. Plans being made now.

I’ve jumped the last 20 pages so
have missed a lot.
Anyways this dumbass referee didn’t change his captain or vice captain in time.
The person I’m playing got an okay 52 x2 but I had Sharpe.
I have 6 players in the nxt game and they have 5 and a 12 point league.
Two of our players are the same so it’s 4 on 3 in my favour.
