For our sake I hope not especially with the timing of Barnett going down, but for Wayde's sake he certainly deserves it.

FYI for 2025:
Api - 348 tackles / 55 missed / 16 ineffective
Robson - 434 tackles / 31 missed / 21 ineffective
Egan - 492 tackles / 43 missed / 11 ineffective

That doesn't surprise me. Stats are always a half story, defensive system they are in, number of minutes, players they defend around etc. Essentially I am basing it on size and robustness.FYI for 2025:

Fair enough, this is why I spend a bit of time talking to people about how they measure fairly broad terms, like defense.
Robustness is an interesting one, seeing as Egan has had a clean bill of health this season (touch wood). Api and Robson have both played one less game than Egan, this year.
Size wise:
Egan 185cm / 91kg
Api 172cm / 88kg
Robson 180 cm / 93kg
Egan is still the tallest (lol) and the second 'heftiest'.
