They had momentum in the second half and it felt like we were in quick sand. Mistakes started compounding.

That Metcalf pass to DWZ a good example. Poor pass also DWZ running hard to get them out of trouble but was problem too hard. Needed to make sure of the pass and the run.

We also had a bit of adversity with Ford ruled out for the HIA, Afoa off injured. Then Niukore off for an HIA assesment. So, we were a bit down on troops.

Started to turn it around late.

Bet we're all glad we took those 2 points now eh peeps? ;)

Ugly 2nd half but we find a way to win is all that counts.......just happily take the 2 points and move on.......Up the Wahs!

Yeah it is nice to have a playmaker that takes the penalty kick and also takes the drop goal with ten minutes to go.

Ten minutes is a long time, most coaches will say that is right at the limit of when teams should be thinking about field goal, and many experts say ten minutes is way too early.

You are doing well when you can hang on while the opposition has all the ball and you have two forwards off injured during the onslaught.

2 points is 2 points.

I was worried about the recent travel we have done and maintaining the intensity. Second half I thought we saw that taking it's toll.

Had a fair number of calls go our way I thought too. Must have used all our bad luck last year and karma balancing things up this year with our luck.

Clark, CNK and Barney my top 3 players.

Off to Suncorp next game. Hopefully AW gives them time this week to get petrol back in the tank.

Just a bunch of Hustlers. Didn’t ever think we were gonna lose at any stage. Which is surprising.
Just A few points.
•Capewell was our best back today, a bit worrying
•We need a new fullback, to help our halves
•Wonder if we’re a better side with Taine and Roger on the wings, Taine seems a bit more level headed Dallin too speratic and makes shocking reads on D.
.Martin To Fullback.
•another big shift from Leka, and Vaimauga progressing well
