Interesting that the current NZ government has been labeled a "Coalition of Chaos" but even they have nothing on the single party government under Trump. Cuts to University funding, Musk's war on government employees, war on Woke and DEI, stopping the war in the Ukraine with 48 hours, tariffs and now Trump having a go at the head of the Federal Reserve all sending stockmarkets flying downwards. And now it's emerged that US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth has again shared information on a group chat about airstrikes in Yemen. This time, he included his lawyer, his son and his wife on it. You'd think during his time in the US military (he served as a NG officer in Iraq and Afghanistan) that he would have learnt that wasn't the brightest thing to do.
That made me laugh!

This won't play well for Trump.
The Judge acted with her conscience. She may well have been misguided but....the way they are going about using this example to intimidate the courts will not go well for the Trump Govt.
They should have charged the judge with obstruction, taken the case to court without an arrest of someone who is the antithesis of low risk (the judge).
And what a farkn waste of the F.B.I.'s resources, rather than focussing on criminals, Trumps Neo Nazi apparatus has them strong arming their own people.
The Judge is their people.

The judge is most definitely NOT one of their people. Also the FBI acting as the executive branch was enforcing laws set by the legislative branch. The Judge was acting contrary to the functions of the state

That is the problem with America right there. In other countries if someone rises to the level of Judge they are seen as special patriots for their service and commitment to their nation.
By protecting an overstaying, violent immigrant who has committed multiple felonies after twice illegally entering the US once after already being deported? That's not protecting anyone but feeding female solipsism and general retardation.

The judge has tried to follow the letter of the law, but the agents showing up without the judicial warrant is what she’s challenged. Judges have the laws and rules in front of them as a guideline, but they hear all the testimonies that lead them to their outcome on the evidence provided to them when a jury doesn’t produce the outcome. People are afforded the opportunity of a trial and if those that are trying to expel the person have all the evidence required to deport, then they shouldn’t need to go to the lengths of any illegality
