Social A Weighty Issue

Because at the heart of it, its private family vs the state. capitalism vs communism, left vs right, etc etc.
I reckon Conservative Christian morality v LGBQT+ rights, most of the friction is imported from the states.

Because that’s the culture dominating discussion these days. The woke culture that want to be heard.

ok I’m listening…. Now what ?
Now the pendulum swings back to the middle and some other marginalised minority agitates for rights, with the inevitable backlash.
Is the patriarchy being swept away and taking Christian dogmas with it? Maybe that's what's happening.

That is the family versus the state. Hard to have a nuclear family if no one can procreate.
The nuclear family is still the state sanctioned unit though isn't it? Non-procreating sexualities are gradually being incorporated into the state apparatus as they gain rights.

Both of those things came from somewhere though, most likely biology.

no. The state is the surrogate family. This quite a core concept in the struggle between right and left.

In Darwin’s theory of evolution only the strong survive
He never said that.

He said

"those who survive are the ones who most accurately perceive their environment and successfully adapt to it."

Darwin is always misquoted because lots of people write about him and then paraphrase.

He uses the word fittest and some authors use strongest instead. But fittest doesn't meant strongest. It doesn't mean endurance but more fit for purpose.

Important distinction in evolutionary theory, species with superior intelligent adaption often survive the extinction of their apex predators, like we did. Now our biggest threat is our own species.

Yes, he never said it but it’s implied

How you define strong I am sure is open to countless debate

Again pen vs sword

The deck was stacked against us from the start, thanks God.

Or are you suggesting they didn't evolve from single cell clusters like us
They probably have evolved and there’s probably many different species …

But nothing a good inspect spry couldn’t fix!!!
