Talking to a work colleague who mentioned seeing a handful of Warriors players at his local gym. He was really encouraged by the work which Marata Niukore was putting in.

He was working on his fitness, on the bike sweating it out. Even after all other players left, he was still there working hard.

Let’s hope it’s one awesome off season for Marata as he needs 2025 to be his best at the Warriors!

Erin was totally consistent and on his A game every game I saw at robina this year about 11 games.

Interesting on the NZ Warriors faithful instagram site it has a box with a picture of Whyte and says Naufahu Whyte 2026? If we could get this guy, I think he’s the perfect replacement for Tohu Harris watching some of his ball playing in the pacific tournament

Erin Clark showed enough in the Kiwis game to suggest he’ll be a solid signing for the Warriors

On a side note, how solid was Erin Clark last night

Schedule the prior games earlier if you have a target time slot for the final.

Locks are usually a combination of distributor and big body. CNK isn’t really known as either. Also being a hit up merchant is probably a lot easier when you arent having to make any tackles.

Doesn't matter left or right, key things to remember are,

1. your team is always telling the truth, the other team is always lying.

2. Your team will save the economy, the other team caused all the problems.

3. Your team is for the people, the other party is run for and by "elites".

4. No matter how much stupid shit your own team does, just ignore it and pull up a whataboutism.

5. Politicians are all fucking cockroaches.

My unpopular opinion about Taine is that he's a 'nearly man'.

He looks good in a lesser competition in the Cup team, but in his limited NRL experiences he's looked dangerous and has made a load of half breaks, but he doesn't seem to have the outright pace off the mark to cruise through a gap. I don't think Taine would have scored the try he did against a tiring Tonga pack.
Will this improve the more NRL he is exposed to? Potentially? A lot of those quick, nippy blokes like Keano, Campbell, RW, Talagi, Paps are all explosive and from day one, were able to showcase this. I don't think we've seen that from Taine unfortunately

CNK's super power is yardage. We have lost our best yardage forward. I think AW will keep CNK at FB in 2025 just because of that.

Demetric and Zyon are hopefully more in the picture next year.

It looked like Demetric cemented himself really at the end of the season. An impressive return from ACL from him, imagine what he might produce after a full off season.

I really can't believe the exact same team has been picked again. For god sake, give McLean a game so he can't defect to NSW. Move CNK from 6. Tell Marata to learn to catch a ball.

We made a mammoth fuck up in not hiring Bennett.

We are so going to miss Fonua-Blake. He was super fired up Saturday night for the special event but even in day to day matches he brings something special. And he showed that against Fisher-Harris at the weekend. He's just in a different league.
It's going to be interesting to see how JFH goes away from the Penrith system

I've been watching test cricket for over 30 years since childhood and have never experienced such a thrilling series. This is incredible.

I'm a Kiwis die hard - We need to celebrate what Tonga and their fans bring to the sport.
I honestly believe they are one of the best and most unique group of sports fans in the world.
They single handily revitalised international RL despite Australia's best efforts to complete ignore it.

That was special to be a part of in person and that was a brilliant game.

Would love to get Leo Thompson to the Warriors after watching that but after watching the last two Kiwis games, would love to get Naufahu Whyte to Warriors more
