I only saw a bit of the 2nd half and we did look impressive - except for the very end!

I heard Jerome had a good try? And Webby with 3 linebreaks is great.

Good on Price for his try and 250!

Good win!!!!!! Jerome played well and scored a very good solo try. Still think he should be playin centres though. Pricey and webby were good as always along with wiki!!!!!!! And rovelli and fien are ever improving!

Ruined the party letting in 2 trys at the end.We completly dominated that game & i think that 30-18 is not a accurate account of our performance. 30 -12 would've been acceptable, but i do tell myself we had one in the bin if that excuses the knights 3rd try i don't know. Its not like ah van is a strong defender but anyways EXCEPTIONAL WIN, before the last newcastle try we were very, very good. Grant dominated andrew johns, hows that!!! John knew it too & started to get angry with cheap shots & verbal abuse. Up yours johns, thats how its done. I think ropati acually improved today although that may be debatable. Bring on souths & bring on 3 wins in row. Rabbit stew anyone!

The Warriors were solid on both defense and offense throughout the game. They frustrated Carney and left Johns looking bewildered, both players looking for the license plate number of the truck that had hit them when they weren`t looking. Tough defense left the Knights offense tired and confused, as well, and led to a comedy of errors full of dropped balls and misplaced pass attempts.
Wear a team down through tough, physical, relentless defense and this is what happens to any opposing team.
WELL DONE, WARRIORS!!

We did end up playing the last few minutes with 12 players of course Newcastle would score. IF they didn't they would have looked stupid; well technically they did look stupid today! hehe.
Good game overall, and yes this time I guess I can't pick on Ropo because for ONCE he's done things alot better! Good for him..ok that one kick was a bit dodgy...and made a late mistackle somewhere but all in all he proved me wrong this week..good for the team thou and yeah Pricey!!! That was wicked as!
And to those who made the banenrs for him...good on ya!

The Knights played badly, btu instead of just winning, we won comfortably. That was the best part of the win for me. Was alittle disappointed about the last two tries but kinda expected them. I am a pessimistic fan, always have been, but gotta ask the question... "Can we win all the games up to our bye?"

defence was superb today. I think it was close to 4 sets of six back to back on our own line at one stage and we held on. everyone was comunicating well and making the tackles.

webb played really well today. was good in defence and was always around in support. pricey lead from the front yet again with another great performance. fien and rovelli are really starting to play well together and are taking better options on attack.

if anything we proabbly should have put maybe a few more tries on due to the ball we got and the chances we had. overall though was a good performance and anothe 2 points on the board.

ropati's try was magical. I still don't think he is a 6 but if he starts playing like that every week he will create lots of chances for guys outside him. -

Usually when the Warriors play a game against a good side like the Knights I'd be stressed and nervous (and yes I was probably because of Ravs going against Joey) but really I wasn't so worried and I guess I knew if we played to the kind of potencial that we are capable of I knew we'd some how win

Defense was exactly as AmeriKiwi and moonfire pointed out .. it was nothing but FIERCE !!!

Our attack was also brilliant with Rovelli's kicking game really maturing with every game, Fein was smart at Hooker (se you later Hohaiah) and the two tries he put on were awesome.

Now Ropati at Stand Off was playing with a lot more confidence, it was great to see our halves stepping up and finally fireing !!! I really enjoyed the game !!!

Bunnines next week WARRIORS 3 IN A ROW !!!

I think that Ropati still only did one good theing at standoff though, in scoring that try his defence i thought today was good but i wasn't watching that closley though we did get carved up in bits and places but scrambled very well

You boys (and girls) just WAIT til the Warriors get on a REAL winning streak, like my favorite NFL team has done a few times... there`s nothing like a 10-0 start to a season to boost morale and drive the fans crazy for more!! Be patient, Warriors fans... it`s coming our way by this time next year. I can feel it in my bones!!

i think the Knights came with a good gameplan, they obviously saw vatuvei as a threat and peppered him all day to take the wind out of his sail and it worked well for them. however we were good enuff to have 12 other men on the field to dish it back to them. once again i must ask why ah van isn't seeing any ball? he's got skill and i'd like to see more of it. after watching todays game i think a few small changes could better our team...

Ropati to centre, Mannering to the second row or bench, Hohaia into 5/8th. that would be gold

I'd debate that. They only scored one try down his wing. I wouldn't consider that a plan that worked well for them, personally.
