General Would Webby made origin?

I think we need to look at what team Webb would be at.

If he played for the Knights, behind a guy whose a genious wearing the 7 he would get 6-7 more oppertunities per game atleast to score tries. And going by what he has done at the Warriors without much support (up until the last game where the halves finally delivered), then I think he would be better than Bowen, Inglis and co.

Brent Webb is probably the best tackler I have seen at the Warriors. The way he tackles huge forwards inches from the line is amazing. Like the Dragons game a few weeks ago.

webb has been great at the back for a number of years now. he would have to go close to getting on the origin bench at least based on form this year.

i would have him on the bench. play a craig wing role. i rate him up there with slater and bowen. he also offers an extra ballplayer and a solid kicking game.

I don't think so, he's got such pride in the Kiwi jumper and spending a number of years over here with the Warriors would make him feel like a New Zealander. In an interview, he has said he feels more like a New Zealander than an Australian.

webb wouldnt come close...definitly not at the fullback role. he has been playing well but qld has the best fullbacks by far. I rate schickofske, wesser, slater, bowen all above webb. inglis and hunt would possibly be better. anyone who acctually thinks he could make the team must be joking when a player of clintons abilty doesnt even get a mention...
